TBC Club Terms & Conditions
The club is managed and maintained by Passion Couleurs Ltée.
Access to and use of the club are activities governed by these General Conditions of Use. Access to and use of the site, as well as the purchase of products, presuppose the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, in whole or in part, with the site's General Conditions of Use, please do not use our website.
Anyone who accesses and uses the site implicitly declares not to use the site for illicit purposes or in any case contrary to current legislation.
Passion Couleurs Ltée may modify or simply update, in whole or in part, these General Conditions. Changes and updates to the General Conditions will be notified to users on the site's Homepage as soon as they are adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the site in this same section.
If a provision of these General Conditions of Use is deemed illicit, void or for any reason ineffective, its invalidity or ineffectiveness will not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
Access to the site and membership of the Club
Access to and use of the Site, including viewing web pages, communicating with Passion Couleurs Ltée, being able to download product information and booking products on the website, are activities conducted by our users exclusively for personal use unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity.
Subscription to the "Trollbeads Club", the services and benefits associated with it are governed by these General Conditions in force from the date of registration.
All natural persons of legal age, resident or domiciled in Mauritius, can join the "Trollbeads Club".
By completing the registration to the "Trollbeads Club", the Customer declares to have read, to know and to have fully understood these General Conditions and accepts to be bound by them in relation to the services that will be provided by Passion Couleurs Ltée.
The Customer can proceed with the registration to the "Trollbeads Club", assuming the status of Member, by filling in their data online on the Trollbeads website within the Trollbeads Flagship Stores.
The registration to the "Trollbeads Club" will be considered valid only and exclusively following the payment made online or in the store and the receipt of the confirmation email of the same.
At the time of registration, the customer can choose between 2 options:
- 1 year – valid for 12 months from the time of enrollment at the price of Rs 2,860,-
- 3 years – valid for 36 months from the time of enrollment at the price of Rs 7,800,-
Registration will entitle you to receive the " Registration Package " containing:
- the bead dedicated to the current year made in Denmark which will become the distinctive sign for the members of the "Trollbeads Club";
- the "Trollbeads Club" Card which certifies membership of the Club and must be registered in one's personal area of the site. The shareholder may also be asked to show it according to the initiatives dedicated to him.
- Exclusively, for Members who have signed up for the three-year period, there is also a dedicated Gift that will be sent together with the "Registration Package".
